How To: Create a Video Cloud Smart Playlist

Prerequisites

• You have uploaded videos to your Beacon account
• You have added some tags to your videos

Steps

1. In the primary navigation, click Media.
2. In the side navigation panel, click the Create playlist link.
3. Enter a Playlist name.
4. In the Playlist type section, click on Video Cloud smart playlist.

   

5. Click Create playlist.
6. Select a Parameter of Tags.
7. Set the operator to Match any.
8. Enter the appropriate tag(s) and press enter.

   

9. Click Apply.
10. Click the Overview tab.
11. Check Show Playlist in Sidebar to have the playlist appear in the sidebar.
12. Close the panel by clicking the X.
13. Click the playlist name just created in the side navigation panel and confirm the correct videos have been added to the playlist.
