    Adding a Brightcove User to the Roku Account

    In this topic, you will learn how to add the Brightcove user to your Roku account.

    Introduction

    Brightcove needs to have a user added to your Roku account. Contact Brightcove's OTT Delivery Team for an email address to use.

    Instructions

    Perform the following steps to add a user address to your Roku account:

    1. Log in to your Roku Developer account.
    2. Click the user icon then My account.

    3. Click Manage User Access.

    4. Click Add a user.

    5. Complete the form:
      • Enter the email address specified by Brightcove's OTT Delivery Team.
      • Add the Role of Administrator.
      • Enter Brightcove for the Organization.

    6. Click Create.
