Brightcove needs to have a user added to your Roku account. Contact Brightcove's OTT Delivery Team for an email address to use.
Perform the following steps to add a user address to your Roku account:
- Log in to your Roku Developer account.
- Click the user icon then My account.
- Click Manage User Access.
- Click Add a user.
- Complete the form:
- Enter the email address specified by Brightcove's OTT Delivery Team.
- Add the Role of Administrator.
- Enter Brightcove for the Organization.
- Click Create.
